Private One-on-One Healing Yoga

This One on One Yoga class is for those who have always wanted to try yoga, but felt too shy or uncomfortable to join a group class. This private, one-on-one class allows you to try yoga at any age, and any level of fitness and flexibility. It is also perfect for those who want to tailor their yoga practice to address personal goals, including some Reiki or Coaching, perfect for injuries, mental chatter, and unique schedules.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation: All in One Place, $20

Freedom from distraction comes when we focus on what is actually happening right now, whether or not we prefer to focus on it.....the sore back, the tight jaw, the open heart, the smile on the child's face...Here, now, this breath, this moment. We will stretch like a strong, living tree, move with awareness, explore some ancient Yoga postures, and practice compassionate self-care. You don't have to be a pretzel to benefit from the gentle practice of Hatha Yoga.

Yoga Tune Up, $20

Discover and heal your body's blind spots with Yoga Tune Up®. We'll use therapy balls to massage and lengthen overused, misused, and abused muscles. Develop a stronger foundation and alignment in poses by activating underused muscles through movement for better body awareness and control. You'll reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance performance.

Radiant Child Yoga (Ages 7-12), $20 

Radiant Child Yoga  recognizes that children are naturally radiant, aware and full of innocent wisdom. The deeper purpose of children's yoga is to help them maintain or regain their inherent state of being. Through yoga poses, songs, games and stories, yoga aims to help children with self-empowerment, self-confidence, positive attitude, mindfulness and focus, self calming abilities, empathy, brain-body coordination, and so much more. Minimum of 3 participants to hold the class.

Prenatal Yoga, $20

This Yoga class is specifically geared for the different shape and center of gravity of pregnant women, and specially modified for the common aches and pains of pregnancy, keeping in mind the increased elasticity of the pregnant body. This intimate, small group class also provides space to connect and share experiences, challenges and joys during pregnancy. Minimum of 3 participants to hold the class.

Restorative Yoga Tune Up, $20

Shed your week to rejuvenate and prepare for the weekend with Restorative Tune Up®. We’ll tap into our parasympathetic nervous system with breath work, self-massage, gentle movements, and long holds in propped poses. Together they will help to reduce your cortisol levels and increase vagal tone, which can lead to a great sense of well-being, fat loss, and increased flexibility. Join us to find your zen.

Through guided energy medicine movement/breathing exercises, you calm your central nervous system and repair your biofield. Observe and become aware of your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies’ natural rhythms. Discover your innate ability to ground and gain access to universal and earth energies.

Mindfulness Meditation Training

8 Week Series 

This Mindfulness Meditation program meets once a week over eight weeks for 60 minutes. Participants will engage in the basics of mindfulness starting with how attention to the body changes how we relate to it. We will move through thoughts, emotions, and how all of these components of experience are connected. Wear comfortable clothes and bring sneakers. We will sometimes meet outdoors.

Evening Meditation with Meghan Smith

Join us for a relaxing end to your busy day. Reconnect the body and mind to reduce stress and anxiety through breathing mindfully and giving attention to the body. These meditations will include directed breathing, body scanning, and accessing connection through compassion practices.

Basics of Essential Oils

Saturday, July 28th at 11:00am - $25.00

An informative and comprehensive class taught by our Essential Oils Advocate and Certified Holistic Health Coach, Annemarie Nagle. This hour long class offers an introduction to practically using Essential Oils in your home and for your well-being. Join Annemarie in this hands-on workshop, where you will learn how therapeutic grade essential oils can benefit your physical health, your emotional wellness and your home. Enjoy oil infused snacks and libations. You'll also get to take a little something home with you! You can learn to achieve the highest quality of health by choosing a non-toxic lifestyle for you and your family. Come learn about the Seed to Seal process of Young Living Oils, and learn how to select safe and effective essential oils. After taking a Essential Oils Basics class, you are eligible to then sign up for our 7 week Advanced Series this fall!

Healing Crystals and Stones - A Beginner's Guide

Crystals are all around us and often we are drawn to specific stones. Do you want to know why a certain stone calls to you? Would you like to understand which crystal might help in a certain situation? This is a class for those that have an affinity to these mineral gifts from the Earth and want to learn more. We will explore healing traditions, care of crystals, vibrational emanations, and learn which stones balance individual chakras. Stones will be available for purchase at a nominal fee to continue the exploration at home.

Get and Stay Organized - For the Health of It!

Join Life Architect, Holistic Health Coach and Professional Organizer Francesca Verri as she talks about the basic tenets of organization and how they are integral to living a healthy life. You will learn the 4 steps to take to get organized, and the 3 imperatives to staying organized. You will leave with a more complete understanding about why organization is the tie that binds together all wellness possibilities, and how to use it daily to find peace in your day-to-day. This one hour class will include time for Q &A.

Conquer the Clutter!

This course will meet one hour, once a week, for 4 weeks. In this class, participants will learn about what clutter is, why we get cluttered and how to conquer it in order to have peace in our living and working spaces. Students will learn about the basic tenets of order, how to build systems that last, and the steps to get and stay organized. In this group class setting, students will share the one area where they are the most cluttered and be coached and motivated through the 4 weeks to implement the lessons learned in order to see progress in getting that space organized.
